Vladivostok residents wanted to eat 9 tons of rotten fish heads

Found in fish processing workshop 9 tons of salmon heads with an expired in early January period of storage were fit only for animal feed.

As shown by laboratory studies, 9 tons of salmon heads had premiums of general bacterial contamination, which amounted to 583000 microbial cells.

As previously reported, in early February, the Rosselkhoznadzor suburb of Vladivostok was verified workshop for producing smoked and dried fish. On examination it was found freezers 9 tons of goals, the storage period for which expired a month ago.

In administrative proceedings representative wrote an explanatory workshop, which indicated that the owner of the late goals he is not and, accordingly, the production did not intend. In turn, the owner of the delayed illiquid asset was named one of the PIs, who kept them raw on a verbal agreement.

To confirm his words he gave the invoice evidencing the transfer authorized it to 14.8 tonnes of salmon heads. However, the stock of dried smoked-shop at the time of writing there were only 9 tons of fish heads. It turns out that 5.8 tons used the owner personally - it seems doubtful.

According to the auditors, the number of outstanding fish production was used as a raw material for the production of smoked-dried products, and the refusal by the owner of the shop is intended to avoid responsibility.
