In March 2013 came into effect the sentence of Lenin district court of Vladivostok on 16 August 2012 pursuant to which

Three defendants pleaded not guilty. However, the fourth principal offender pleaded guilty and gave damning testimony against other inmates. The last word has two of the defendants asked for forgiveness from the murdered man\’s wife (at the time of the crime she was 7 months pregnant).
The defendants were found guilty and he was sentenced to
imprisonment for a term of 5 to 14 years imprisonment in a penal colony.
