This is not the first cargo from the neighboring country affected the Far East. Previously, from Belarus was delivered 43 tons of baby food, as well as the party of canned meat and potatoes.
Recall that the high water in the Amur made itself felt at the end of July. In the area of flooding were 14000 homes. Total damage from the disaster is estimated at billions of rubles.
