The contest invited fans of literary translation of foreign languages and literature. This social project aimed at addressing such problems as the cultural education of the population, improvement of international relations, the removal of language barriers, identifying talented people among the translators and authors, adaptation of foreign literature in Russia. According to the department of culture of Primorsky Krai, a professional jury will evaluate translations from English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Hebrew. The competition takes place separately for children and adults separately. Each year, the project received a great response. Articles about the contest appear not only in the domestic media, but also in the newspapers in Italy, Israel, Germany and other countries.
