Synthetic drug weighing almost 50 grams of two residents of the city of Tomari were trying to import from China in order to further the implementation of the Sakhalin region. Young people born in 1990 were caught red-handed in the preparation of drugs. Later, in the course of urgent investigative actions with the use of a service dog Sakhalin customs, apartments detainees were seized narcotic veschestvasinteticheskogo and vegetable origin. In fact the movement of drugs smuggled a group of individuals in a large amount of Sakhalin customs office opened a criminal case under part 3 of Art. 229.1 of the Criminal Code. The sanction of this article is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 10 to 20 years. A criminal case has been referred to the proper jurisdiction to the Sakhalin transport prosecutor\’s office, the investigation continues.
