Today at 9:00 am for 40 minutes was stopped in traffic on Far Eastern suburb of Vladivostok .
Traffic on the railway stopped because of vandals
The reason is that unknown attackers damaged the railway insulators contact network.
Emergency crew quickly replaced the damaged insulators with new ones, and the movement of trains in the morning rush hour resumed.
Now employees of traffic police are searching for intruders, as well as finding witnesses of the incident.
