During a reception governor Vladimir Miklushevsky the Opening Film Festival «Pacific Meridian», read out a message of greetings to a member of the Federation Council of the Primorsky Territory Tatiana Zabolotnaya. As stressed in his message Valentina Matvienko, this one-of-a-kind cultural project that provides residents of Primorsky Krai opportunity to see the new movie, meet famous Russian and foreign actors and directors. «Today, with full confidence we can say that the International Film Festival» Pacific Meridian «makes an important contribution to the strengthening of good neighborly relations and the development of cultural cooperation among the Asia-Pacific region, opening up new names in the world of cinematic art» — the telegram says. Welcoming the guests, who came to the reception, Mr Miklushevsky wished everyone good views: «We are waiting for a full week ahead of a wonderful movie.
