As the press service of the Far Eastern Railway, in August 2013 within the boundaries of the Far Eastern Railway ordered and paid for over the Internet for more than 40 thousand tickets (+57% compared to August 2012) for passenger and express trains of "Federal Passenger Company". From the beginning, the Internet ordered and paid more than 231 million travel documents (+ 54.6% compared to the same period of 2012). Nearly 84 thousand tickets (60.2% in 2012) were registered over the Internet, allowing passengers to embark on a train without a paper ticket, present only an identity document. According to the Far Eastern branch of JSC "Federal Passenger Company" popularity of Internet services among the passengers contributes to the improvement of electronic ordering, payment and registration tickets. For the dynamic development of electronic sales tickets for the train and to improve service and increase convenience for passengers buying tickets through the Internet JSC "Russian Railways" implemented a mobile version of the official website of the company (http://pdaticket.rzd.ru/). With the mobile version of "Russian Railways" user can perform many operations with a mobile phone, including: • purchase tickets for long-distance trains; • pass electronic registration of the train; • view your order history; • familiar with the rules of e-tickets. For the convenience of customers in 2013 was made a modification of "passengers" on the official website of the company. On the first page of the section (http://pass.rzd.ru) introduced a new convenient form to purchase tickets and view the schedule, as well as personal account ("My Orders") and all the necessary information for the trip (traffic rules, the offer, the rates special promotions of the company).
