At the meeting of the working group were discussed such issues as the amendment of the Law of Primorsky Krai of 05052012 № 31-CP "On ensuring the provision of legal aid in the Primorsky Territory" (as part of the extension of categories of citizens entitled to free legal aid cases such assistance, as well as falling within the competence of the order of the Primorsky Territory Administration decisions on aid in case of emergency legal aid to citizens who find themselves in difficult situations), and the decision of the Administration of Primorsky Krai of 31082012 № 235-PA "On measures for implementation of the Law Primorsky Krai on May 52012 number 31-CP "On ensuring the provision of legal aid in the Primorye Territory." It should be noted that more than a month ago the Bar of the Primorsky Territory proposed the expansion of the category of people who can receive legal assistance free of charge.
