The situation with the second-hand Japanese women in the Far East can be solved in 3-4 years. This was on August 31 in Vladivostok, told reporters the Minister of Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov. He noted that the secondary market will gradually be replaced by production of local assembly plants. «The market for used cars is gradually decreasing across Russia, people prefer to buy new cars. It is normal practice, and the Far East is no exception, «- said the Minister. The minister said that while demand remains relatively small in the population of the Far East to the Far East production automobile, the local «Autobuilder» receives reimbursement of travel expenses for transportation vehicles in the central part of Russia. Thus, there is a demand for substitution. He explained that now there is a process of getting used to the local population to the production of local automakers. «The process will take some time, exactly how much is difficult to say, but I think in the next 3-4 years», — said Denis MANTUROV. According to the Far Eastern Customs Administration, in 9 months of 2012 through the customs of the region have been imported 165000 cars worth more than 30 billion rubles. Of them, passed through the Vladivostok customs cars for a total of 1896 billion rubles.
