On the Border Customs Post Ussuri customs revealed another fact of the current non-declaration of more than ten cubic meters of timber products exported to China. In the course of customs control of exported goods has been found that the actual amount of the Mongolian oak logs than claimed in the declaration of goods of 1026 cubic meters. Another attempt at manipulation of documents exported timber was stopped. In respect of the exporting a protocol on administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 16.2 of the Administrative Code of Russia «Failure to declare the prescribed form of goods subject to customs declaration.
