Cultural event held under the auspices of the Public Youth Chamber of the State Duma of Vladivostok. — The idea to hold a competition was born out of our desire from childhood to educate young residents of Primorye love for their land, — says Svetlana Bakiyev, a member of the Public Chamber of the youth. The contest is open to children aged 3 to 14 years of age and children\’s groups, who perform a song about the city of Vladivostok. Songs for the competition must be submitted in the format of audio recordings (movies) in the CD (DVD) — CD attached with photo of the performer. By CD (DVD) — disc containing a song should be attached to the computer, printed lyrics in Russian in A4 format, font Times New Roman, font size — 12. It may also be accompanied by a musical score, song. The competition is held in three stages: From 01 August to 15 September 2013 — The Organizing Committee invites applications and materials submitted for participation in the competition and puts them on the portal «Vladmama.» From September 16 to September 252013 — a vote on the portal «Vladmama.» From 26 September to 1 October 2013 — The organizing committee takes stock of the competition.
