This was announced by the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Dmitry Livanov. «On July 1 the average size of the parent board was 1226 thousand rubles a month, we expect that after September 1 fee will increase by about 5%, no more, and will amount to 129 thousand rubles, it is within the inflation expectations,» — said Livanov. He recalled that on September 1 shall enter into force a new law on education. It retains the existing right of parents to receive payment of the compensation for the maintenance of the child in kindergarten and establishes that the parent fee is charged only for the supervision and care of the child. «Do not turn to the parent board costs for the implementation of educational programs and the cost of maintaining the property,» — said the head of the Ministry of Education. According to him, the ministry on September 1 will be on a monthly basis to monitor changes in the size of the parent board in each municipality and prevent unreasonable increase.
