For posting the job containing discriminatory restrictions will penalize media, website owners or their authorized agents. If the version of the media is neither natural nor a legal person, the administrative responsibility may be subject founder of the media and the editor in chief. Persons distributing information about jobs or vacancies, the limitations of a discriminatory nature will be brought to administrative responsibility. According to the department of labor and social development of the Primorsky Territory, now in marginal legislation making the appropriate changes.
