C beginning of the year more than 500 million rubles were allocated from the federal and regional budgets for the purchase of medicines for the privileged categories of citizens of Primorye. These assets were acquired vital medicines for 38000 Primorye involved in the FRP (optional drug coverage). At the edge also received drugs to HIV-infected Primorye in the amount of 171 million 723 thousand 941 rubles. In the near future there will be another auction, in which will be procured drugs for the treatment of AIDS patients. These goals have been allocated more than 41 million rubles. As reported by RIA «VladNews», deputy director of the Department of Health Catherine Eliseev, first year for the purchase of medicines for people entitled to benefits from the regional budget already spent 99 million rubles from the federal — 164 million. The largest amount of funds has been allocated to patients suffering from rare diseases. It amounted to 423 million rubles.
