Prosecutor\’s Office of the Leninsky district of Vladivostok revealed numerous violations in the activities of subordinate Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences institutions using funds allocated from the federal budget, and placing orders for goods and services for state needs. In particular, in the Far East Branch of subordinate institutions systematically violated terms of placement on the official Internet site of information about government contracts and their execution, tender documentation asserted without proof of the initial (maximum) price of the auction, the published protocols of examination and evaluation of bids, no information placing an order on the participants, who are not recognized as winners. In addition, prosecutors revealed the order was placed and a state contract to provide services for the protection of the building of one of the Institutes with a single supplier, without a request for quotation price or auction. On the audit of the district prosecutor in respect of officials of the Institute FEB RAS in connection with the abuses brought three cases of administrative offenses provided for by Part 1 of Art. 729 p. 1974 Administrative Code, which aim for examination to the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Primorye Territory. In addition, to the directors of the institutes made three representations to eliminate violations of the law, one of them is being reviewed and approved, the guilty officer of the Institute of Marine Technology announced remark.
