Russian Federal Migration Service (FMS) is going to Russia across dozens of special institutions for illegal migrants. The relevant draft has already been prepared and published by the FMS single portal regulation.gov.ru. As RIA "Lenta.ru," FMS offers "to create a network of special institutions for the maintenance by the court of foreign nationals subject to administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation or deportation," which will include 83 institutions in 81 regions of Russia. For the proper functioning of these institutions state agency is expected to increase by 4661 employees. At the moment, there are 21 Russian special distribution, where, among others, are illegal immigrants. These special institutions subject to the Interior Ministry, but from January 12014 all matters relating to illegal migrants will be under the responsibility of the Federal Migration Service.
