Russian Federal Migration Service (FMS) is going to Russia across dozens of special institutions for illegal migrants. The relevant draft has already been prepared and published by the FMS single portal regulation.gov.ru. The problem of all is that today in Russia lacks special institutions, which could contain large quantities migrant workers, illegal immigrants who were detained and subjected to decide deportation. As RIA "Lenta.ru," FMS offers "to create a network of special institutions for the maintenance by the court of foreign nationals subject to administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation or deportation," which will include 83 institutions in 81 regions of Russia. For the proper functioning of these institutions state agency is expected to increase by 4661 employees. At the moment, there are 21 Russian special distribution, where, among others, are illegal immigrants. These special institutions subject to the Interior Ministry, but from January 12014 all matters relating to illegal migrants will be under the responsibility of the Federal Migration Service. Public attention to the issue of providing illegal migrants awaiting deportation, was drawn after the end of July in Moscow markets began mass checks, which resulted in hundreds of people were detained.
