According to the concept, the new line will run from the low water bridge on Sedanka along the Amur Bay and out to the area Tokarevsky lighthouse and in the future, thanks to the construction of bridges, connect to the road network of the island Russian. The road got a working title — Vladivostok ring road (VKAD). It will significantly relieve the city\’s main thoroughfare, to increase the average speed of traffic, will provide the transit traffic of heavy trucks in the commercial port. In the retreat led by the head of Vladivostok Igor Pushkarev was attended by specialists of the city administration — deputy head of Constantine Loboda, the chief architect of Vladivostok Anatoly Melnik, head of housing maintenance and urban areas Leonid Wilczynski, as well as General Director of «Pacific Bridge-Building Company» Victor Grebnev and professor of architecture Valentin Anikeyev. The main problem posed by the head of the city — the new route should be possible to be linked with the existing road network. «Your job as soon as possible to work out the various options, taking into account the passage of highway bridges, interchanges, including making maximum use of the existing road network,» — said the head of Vladivostok Igor Pushkarev. Project work is very important at this stage will be determined by passing the highway corridor, the main technical solutions, the cost of the project. The designers will show a variety of options for the construction of a new road — trestle parts, parts of the passage by land, adjoining to unsettled road network, necessary transport interchanges. The final decision in selecting the option of building a new highway will be made after the public hearing, but now experts are three main phases of construction: the first — from the Second River to Cape Kungasny, second from m Kungasny Tokarevsky to the lighthouse and the third — the second from the river to the low water bridge Sedanka.
