In Khabarovsk, to 13 years in prison sentenced a soldier who committed crimes against sexual integrity of children.
Evidence gathered by the military investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Khabarovsk garrison recognized by the court sufficient to convict, the operator on duty shift of military unit 48260 ensign Sergey Lulin. Investigation and the court found that in 2005 a man committed a sexual assault against a 6-year-old girl, from December 2011 to August 2012 has repeatedly committed sexual abuse of girls under 14 years of age, and sexual violence nature in respect of a boy who has not attained 12 years of age.
The reason for the excitement of the criminal case was the statement of the mother of both children. For 4 months, during which the preliminary investigation, in addition to a large number of investigations carried out six examinations, including forensic medicine, forensic psychological, forensic biological and complex psychological and substance abuse-Sexology expertise.
After analyzing the collected evidence in a criminal case, the Far Eastern Military District Court for the aggregate of crimes appointed Lulin sentenced to 13 years imprisonment in a penal colony.
