Primorye territorial administration Rosrybolovstva violated the law in the distribution of quotas for crab. This is the conclusion the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
It is a violation of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Law on Protection of Competition during the December 2012 three auctions for the right to sign the agreement on assignment of quota shares of harvest (catch) crabs, explained in the press service of the FAS.
As recalled by the competition authority, in September 2012 Seaside terupravleniya issued orders on the basis of which during the three auctions for the allocation of quotas for crab in the subzone of Primorye (south of the Cape of Gold) requirements were established, is not available under national law. "Such actions organizer of the auction have reduced the number of businesses that could compete in the auction for the right to extract the crab", - emphasized in the report of FAS.
