Performance standards «anti-piracy law», which entered into force on 1 August 2013 will cost Roskomnadzor to 97 million rubles annually. The funds will be allocated from the federal budget department. On this, as reported by ITAR-TASS news agency, said in a memorandum to the draft government resolution «On Amendments to the Regulations on the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Communications.»
This amount needed annually Roskomnadzor to create a separate unit numbering 25 people, which will deal with the work under the «anti-piracy law,» as well as to increase the staff-limit of the territorial bodies Roskomnadzora to 92 employees.

According to the «anti-piracy law,» the rights holders have the right of direct appeal to Roscomnadzor a statement on the adoption of measures to limit access to an Internet resource, distribute unlicensed video content.
