The purpose of the event — to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline network to identify the facts of production and sale of adulterated oil in the Primorye Territory. During the operation police inspected 117 units of specialized equipment, carrying out transportation of petroleum products, petroleum products storage 2 9 boilers, 76 gas stations, 33 points of sale of fuels and lubricants, 12 seats sludge vehicles carrying fuel and lubricants, oil base, 2 rural enterprise economy, 94 mobile refueling station. Officers of the department of economic security and regional anti-corruption police conducted operational-search activities aimed at uncovering illegal sale of fuel and lubricants, during which there was a 41 administrative offense. During the operation «Oil» registered 7 reports of crimes. Thus, the units EBiPK MOI of Russia for the Primorye Territory operational activities are carried out in relation to officials of municipal budgetary institutions Primorsky Territory, which was over-consumption rates of fuel and lubricants for motor vehicles. Organized inquiry into retail sales of mobile filling stations owners of diesel fuel in unknown locations of Ussuriysk. According to the results of operational and preventive measures of the facts of criminal attacks on the main pipeline facilities, as well as the destruction or reduction in improper operating condition of the pipeline and technology-related facilities and structures have been identified.
