AMIA operatives on the PC together with the staff of special units in the shortest period of time established the location of the kidnappers. Law enforcement officers found that attackers have taken the victim to the area of Vladivostok Artem, where he held the victim, hoping to get a ransom.
Arriving at the site of the alleged whereabouts of criminals, law enforcement officers began detaining suspected of extortion and kidnapping.
