In accordance with the Presidential Decree «On measures for implementation of the population policy of the Russian Federation» to families with incomes below the average per capita income of the population in the Maritime Territory (for the year 2012 is 209629 rubles), in which a third or subsequent child was born after December 312012 a monthly cash payment in the amount of the subsistence minimum for children.
Since the beginning of the year for the purpose of the payment requested 835 households paid 26.1 million rubles. According to the instructions of the President of the Russian women who gave birth after January 12012 the third and subsequent child, provided the regional maternity capital.
In Primorye, the parent capital is set at the following rates:
from 1 January 2013 — 100000 rubles
from January 12014 — 125000;
from January 12015 — 150000.
