The Governor of the Primorsky Territory Vladimir Miklushevsky asked the Minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation Vladimir Puchkov for help in the aftermath of the cyclone.
"According to weather forecasts, rainfall will decrease. However, I believe that in Primorye need to send additional helicopters and special equipment for the cut because of the flood areas of food and prompt medical care. The main thing - public safety, for us it is a matter of priority, "- said the head of the region.
The Governor personally telephoned the Minister and asked for help in the aftermath of the weather. In Primorye will be sent two helicopters MES and engineering equipment.
Earlier, Vladimir Miklushevsky instructed the Deputy Governor Alexander Moose keep the situation under control and report to it twice a day on the situation. To restore messages to areas cut off due to rains will be sent additional funds.
