According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Primorsky Krai, from 26 to 28 July in the rivers of Primorye Territory continued rise in water level in excess of the critical level of unfavorable hydrological conditions in which the expected flooding of farmland, roads, communication and power lines, individual buildings and town houses in settlements locations: July 26 — Ussuri River on the upper portion Breevka-Novomikhaylovka, r.Pavlovka across the river (Chuguivs\’kyi district) r.Spasovka at g.Spassk-Far, r.Kuleshovka at s.Spasskoe (Spassky district), p. Margaritovka, r.Avvakumovka (Olginsky district) Chyornaya River (Lazo district) r.Tihaya (Jacob district). July 27-28 — Ussuri River in the area Koksharovka-Kirov, r.Krylovka, (Kirov region) r.Arsenevka (Jacob district). General Directorate of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Primorsky Krai encourages residents and guests of Primorye not to travel to these areas. With the threat of flooding and in need: 1. Clean the gutters to drain melt water into storm drains. 2. Remove from basements to safety Agricultural machinery, vegetables, fertilizer. 3. Provide output of animals and birds from the heat a little space in a safe place. 4. Turn off in the basement (underground), electricity and gas. 5.Zaranee a list of documents, personal belongings and property as required in the event of an evacuation. 6. Place the bag in a warm things necessary, two-day supply of food and water. 7. Move valuable household belongings to upper floors or the attic of a house.
