Theme of the seminar was recommended by the working group on the prevention of extremism in media publications and the Internet of the interdepartmental commission for the prevention of extremism in the Primorsky Territory Administration. Vice-Governor of the Primorsky Territory Alexander Roller noted the importance of the theme: "We live in the era of the information society. The modern information space of inter-ethnic relations may create myths and dispel them, construct social reality, to regulate relations between people. It is important that this instrument of international relations was in a professional, friendly hands.
