The draft program of the Primorsky Territory "Accessible Environment" approved at the Ministry of Labour
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Russian Federation as a whole supported the draft regional program "Accessible Environment" for 2013 - 2017 years.

This decision was taken at a meeting of the Coordinating Council to oversee the implementation of the state program "Accessible Environment", held recently in Moscow.
The regional program, as well as a state program of the Russian Federation "Accessible Environment" aims to create a barrier-free environment, ensuring equal opportunities for people with disabilities in all spheres of life.
The specialists of the department for the province is located about six thousand objects of social infrastructure. It is expected that during the implementation of the regional program will be adapted and retrofitted with an additional 800 social infrastructure.
It plans to achieve by installing ramps, handrails and railings, retrofitting entrance areas, common areas, equipment, pedestrian crossings and tactile tiles etc. Part of the money will be spent on the purchase of special equipment to create the auditory environment for people with hearing impairments, work with children with visual impairments.
