Thus, only for 6 months in 2013 on the roads of the regional center registered 59 accidents involving drivers of motorcycles, in which 70 people received injuries of varying degrees of severity, one died. Moreover, because of drivers of motorcycles made 50 accidents in which 59 people are injured. In most cases, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters are used without state registration plates. And their drivers often do not have the relevant documents for operators, do not use motorcycle helmets. All this usually causes a splash of accidents on motor transport. Just over the past weekend in Vladivostok in accidents involving motorcycles hit 5 people: It is especially dangerous when the motor transport used by teenagers who, because of their psychological characteristics neglect their security even more than adults, and therefore — more risk. Since the beginning of the year in Vladivostok with adolescents reported seven accidents in which eight children were injured.
