According to the investigation, in November 2007 the accused, holding the position of head of the Environmental Protection Primorye, received from one of the commercial organizations 400000 rubles as a bribe.
The bribe was transferred for the fact that the official "closed eyes" to the violation of the construction of the solid waste landfill. All acts of a commercial organization freely signed, payment in accordance with the state contract price received in full.
