The social contract is concluded between the citizen and the department of the department. To document is a program of social adaptation, which provides for measures required for the implementation of state social assistance recipients.
These include: job search, vocational training, retraining, sole proprietorship, ancillary services, implementation of housing repair and outbuildings.
Funds for social assistance on the basis of the social contract is offered to transfer to the accounts of educational institutions providing training, retraining of labor force agricultural producers, organizations engaged in repair of the dwelling and outbuildings, including under the contract.
Director of the Department emphasized that the development of the draft law experts studied the experience of Russian regions, which have been successful in this regard.
Members of the Public Expert Council for social support as a whole approved the bill. The document will come into force after its adoption at the next meeting of the Legislative Assembly of Primorsky Krai - According to the Department of Labour and Social Development.
