In Primorye, sentenced a group of teenagers on charges of crimes against sexual inviolability and sexual freedom. As the correspondent of RIA «VladNews» Senior Assistant Attorney Primorye Elena Telegina, Primorsky Regional Court convicted 14-year-old girl and a boy who are found guilty of committing a crime under Art. 132 Part 3 paragraph "a" of the Criminal Code (sexual assault). As stated at the hearing, the offense is committed in August 2012 in the city of Ussuriysk. Working together with his 13-year-old friends (under the age at which criminal responsibility), all three of them sexually abused a 12-year-old girl. The most active role as initiator and participant of the crime showed the defendant, which was previously known to the victim. In addition, immediately prior to use of sexual violence, the victim was forced to write a receipt for a voluntary agreement to commit to it for such action. While agreeing with the opinion of the public prosecutor, the court found guilty of teenagers to the crime. Given the age of the minor and the role of each defendant to the crime was sentenced to four years in prison, the other person involved in the case - to 2 years imprisonment. Both are determined to serve his sentence juvenile colony. The court's verdict in force did not come.
