Be at the right time in the right place is sometimes very important. As RIA «VladNews» in the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia Primorsky Krai, recently took the next story. By implementing reconduction debtor to the department, the bailiffs on OUPDS noticed on one of the uncrowded streets of the village Kirov moped, which moved by a strange path — from side to side. Just in a matter of seconds the driver pulled up and fell to the ground. Employees bailiffs immediately stopped the car and rushed to check the status of the driver\’s scooter. An elderly man was unconscious, but the pulse is clearly monitored. Bailiffs have the man first aid, after which the driver regained consciousness and complained of pain in the heart. Bailiffs immediately called an ambulance. Arriving doctors reported that a citizen of a heart attack and assistance provided by the bailiffs had saved his life.
