Lenin district court of Vladivostok sentenced a group of 5-locals for the commission of an offense under Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code (robbery committed by a group of persons by prior agreement, with the use of objects used as weapons). As the correspondent of RIA «VladNews» Senior Assistant Attorney Helen Telegina, the hearing is set — an attack on Internet cafes, LLC «Moron» was committed in December last year. According to the distributed roles, member of the band went into the room to assess the surroundings for possible implementation of the crime. After that, the four young men armed with bats (hiding their faces with hats, masks), burst into the cafe and using violence to the guard, and threatening violence, stole cash in the amount of 207 thousand rubles and 2 mobile phones belonging to the guard and administrator. During the trial, the defendants fully admitted his guilt, and two of them (including the girl) have voluntarily taken measures to partial restitution for victims in the amount of 105 thousand rubles. Recognizing all five guilty of the crime, three of them — has previously been convicted and is serving a sentence in prison — the court has appointed a real deprivation of liberty for a term of 3 to 4 years to be served in penal colonies. Previously convicted the girl and the fifth defendant in the case (with extenuating circumstances) is assigned to imprisonment with probation of 5 years. Requirements civil claimants for compensation for the damage caused to the rest of the court are satisfied in full. At present, the verdict in force did not come.
