To this point the supplier was supplied goods to the amount of 203736450 rubles, this fact is recognized by the customer. Failure to comply with the University of obligation to pay for goods delivered was the basis for the treatment of "Art-Line Technology" to the court. The Arbitration Court of Primorye from 1 April 2013 the plaintiff's claims were satisfied in full - Palo charged with the cost of the equipment supplied, penalties and state fees in the amount of 20401658760 rubles. Disagreeing with the decision, Palo appealed to the Fifth Appellate Court with the complaint, which referred to the lack of evidence supporting the implementation of reliable supplier of installation and commissioning of the delivered goods. At the hearing July 162013 the appellate court found no grounds for cancellation of the contested decision and upheld it.
