The contract price was 203975 million rubles. In December 2012 the parties terminated the contract named in the execution of the installation and commissioning, and the contract was concluded in their royalty-free execution. To this point the supplier was supplied goods to the amount of 203736450 rubles, this fact is recognized by the customer. Failure to comply with the University of obligation to pay for goods delivered was the basis for the treatment of "Art-Line Technology" to the court. The Arbitration Court of Primorye from 1 April 2013 the plaintiff's claims were satisfied in full - Palo charged with the cost of the equipment supplied, penalties and state fees in the amount of 20401658760 rubles. Disagreeing with the decision, Palo appealed to the Fifth Appellate Court with the complaint, which referred to the lack of evidence supporting the implementation of reliable supplier of installation and commissioning of the delivered goods.
