Most often, the cause of deaths is careless swimmers, as well as the lack of beach appliances can to save people. Most of the rest areas are not equipped with towers, no rescue boats, and lifesavers can be found very rarely.
Since the beginning of July branch GOSAKVASPAS registered 25 accidents on the water, seven people drowned, 18 were rescued.
