The level of solved criminal offenses was 100%. This indicator improved by 6% compared to last year. In order to prevent illegal actions of citizens to rail facilities in conjunction with the Office of the highway to transport Russian Interior Ministry in DFO since the beginning of 2013 a number of comprehensive preventive operations (PKO) — «Beware the train», «Freight», etc. In the course of the PSO checks were carried out storage assets of JSC «Russian Railways» at stations and sidings. Together with the traffic police checked adjacent to the railway receiving points for the presence of metals stolen parts of the permanent way and rolling stock. For the 6 months of the year at the site of the Far Eastern Railway departmental security staff conducted more than 740 raids and more than 300 preventive conversations on the topics: «The rules of safe behavior on the rail», «railroad — a zone of increased danger!». Special attention was paid to the prevention work in schools located near the railway companies. To carry out the complex operational and preventive measures aimed at the identification, suppression and detection of theft of goods transported by rail and assets of JSC «Russian Railways», daily use more than 250 employees of departmental security. Thanks to the measures taken damage from illegal actions of citizens within the boundaries of the Far Eastern Railway minimized.
