In June 2013 Maritime Transport Prosecutor's Office with the assistance of Rospotrebnadzor in Primorsky Krai has reviewed eateries, cafes and shops, working at the airport "Vladivostok". As reported by the official representatives of the Maritime Transport Prosecutor's Office, enterprises and objects of trade and public catering, LLC "Hut" (cafe «Coffee City»), OOO "Russian Industrial Trust Company (" dining «Drink Tea»), JSC "Vladivostok Avia" (Hall officials and delegations), LLC "DERA-Vladivostok" (Duty Free Shop), JSC "Aeromar-DV" (Workshop catering) Ltd. "Hotel Venezia" (restaurant), IP Abbasov EA (Snack bar on the 3rd floor) revealed a number of violations of laws of the Russian Federation. Most often found wrong or not entirely accurate price tags, as well as violations of the Part 1 of Art. 17 of the Federal Law of 30031999 № 52-FZ "On the sanitary-epidemiological welfare of the population," sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the catering, manufacturing and oborotosposobnosti of foodstuffs and food raw materials (SP 2361079-01), approved by the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation of 08112001 № 31. The audit found evidence of a lack of production control software for compliance with health regulations and the implementation of anti-(preventive) measures without proper evaluation of quality of food and food products. Found improper storage and use of cleaning equipment, the lack of offices in washing instructions on the rules of washing utensils and equipment, a number of food products (raw materials) no documents proving their quality and safety. Conditions for personal hygiene in some organizations are not fully developed. The facts of improper organization of current and general cleanups in areas found evidence of absence in the shops germicidal air disinfection, etc. Based on the results of the inspection, depending on the nature and number of violations in respect of the above organizations and officials of the Maritime Transport Prosecutor's Office accepted measures of prosecutorial response. In total, according to the results of the inspection made six submissions filed 15 cases on administrative offenses. 4 views considered and satisfied, 6 persons were brought to disciplinary responsibility. 2 submission is currently under review.
