The judgment was rendered in favor of the buyer. In the department of bailiffs in the Ussuri urban district received a writ of execution to recover from the owner of the shop damage, penalties and moral damages in the amount of 39000 rubles.
Since the debtor is not in a hurry to pay the money to the buyer, bailiffs went to the store and arrested the goods offered for sale, namely the 18 dresses in the amount of 33000 rubles.
