As part of the comprehensive action plan for the prevention of drug abuse in the Primorye Territory, in educational institutions in the region during the preventive operation "area security" was a set of activities aimed at developing values of healthy lifestyles, prevention of drug abuse among adolescents and young people. In all schools and further education institutions held more than 4400 events with a total coverage of about 160000 students, representing about 90 percent of the total number of students. In the 25 vocational schools organized 135 events with anti-drug coverage for more than five thousand students. This is 71.5 percent of the total number of students in the NGOs. As well, according to experts, in the summer of this year, a 10-town camps, in which rest the children in difficult situations, including orphans, children left without parents, teenagers "at risk" organized training sessions on the promotion of healthy lifestyles, prevention of drug abuse, covering 800 people. The events are organized in the framework of the state program "Development of Education in the Maritime Territory." In June of this year training with at-risk teenagers conducted by sports-based tourism "Wave" Children and youth center of Primorsky Krai in the period of military-patriotic shifts. At this facility summer holidays are widely used simulator systems purchased under the program "Primorye without drugs", this equipment in orienteering, a self-similar set. Also in the third quarter of 2013 will be purchased and installed a complex playground open with rubber coating. From the regional budget for the event provided one million rubles.
