Last Friday the Prosecutor's office held an enlarged meeting of the interdepartmental working group for protection of human subjects of entrepreneurial activity in the region with participation of representatives of business community. In the work took part the first Vice-Governor of the Primorsky territory, the Commissioner for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in Primorsky Krai Marina Шемилина, representatives of departments of the Primorsky region, regional branches of all-Russian public organizations, as well as officers of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Primorsky Krai, administration of the interior Ministry of Russia for the Primorsky Krai. In the framework of the meeting the group noted that the work done by prosecutors edge of implementation of Federal law «On protection of rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs when exercising state control (supervision) and municipal control» in the part of formation of the annual plan of inspections and their coordination, reducing administrative pressure on business, raising the level of responsibility of officials of the control. So, last year, prosecutors edge agreed only 137 reviews of the 403 statements on the harmonization of unscheduled inspections, for various reasons of the plans of the bodies of control for 2013 excluded 378 illegal inspections. A special role plays the direct supervision over the work of the Supervisory bodies, which is carried out through systematic inspections of the activities of such bodies in connection with citizens ' appeals and reports of mass media, and in a planned manner. For example, only in the first half of this year the prosecutors edge detected more than 500 violations of legislation to ensure the protection of the rights of subjects of entrepreneurial activity, in order to remedy which made 72 representation is brought about 89 allegations of illegal legal acts, upon the Prosecutor's decision were brought to administrative responsibility 1 officer. Such violations in various areas of interaction with state authorities and local self-government (construction, land use and trading activities). Summing up the meeting, its participants decided to develop a complex of measures directed on the prevention, detection and suppression of violations of law in the sphere of protection of rights of subjects of entrepreneurial activity, creation of conditions for overcoming the administrative barriers that prevent unjustified government interference in economic activity of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
