Справка: Юрий Анатольевич Арсентьев родился в 1955 г., в 1975 г. окончил Дальневосточное мореходное училище, затем Дальрыбвтуз, инженер-судоводитель. Плавал на различных судах рыболовного флота на командных должностях. В 1989 г. был назначен капитаном парусного учебного судна “Паллада”, в строительстве которого принимал участие. В марте 1994 г. Арсентьев возглавил Базу океанического промысла - структурное подразделение Тихоокеанского управления промысловой разведки и научно-исследовательского флота, а в июле 1995 г. был избран генеральным директором ОАО “ТУРНИФ”.
