This year's international meeting held in Vladivostok on the Russian island. It is attended by about 300 delegates from more than 60 countries. The Russian delegation was headed by Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev. The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Terrorist Financing Daniel Glaser.
