Оказалось, что ОАО «ВМРП» не выполняет требования одного из пунктов приказа Минтранса России, а именно: руководством не разработан и не утвержден план обеспечения безопасности транспортных средств. По факту выявленных нарушений Приморским транспортным прокуратурором вынесено два постановления о возбуждении дел об административных правонарушениях в отношении компании ОАО «ВМРП» и генерального директора организации. Постановления находятся на рассмотрении. Как сообщили РИА “VladNews” в пресс-службе Приморской транспортной прокуроры, в адрес руководителя ОАО «ВМРП» внесено представление об устранении допущенных нарушений действующего законодательства.
