The Arbitration Court of Primorye found more counterfeit goods 12000 units — parts for the manufacture of footwear. The total amount of the fine for two administrative cases instituted Khasanskaya customs, amounted to 60000 rubles.

In February this year the customs territory of the Customs Union were imported billets for production of footwear. It is established that there are signs of the shoe-known companies «ADIDAS» and «NIKE», just found 12720 pairs of such preparations.
Found out that the company, the importation of the shoe, holder of trademarks is not. To clarify the situation, the customs officers contacted the owners and found that any rights to import billet law firm has not.
Now traders have to pay a fine of 30000 rubles for each administrative proceedings, in addition, the shoe will be confiscated — said the expert public relations Khasanskaya Customs Tatiana Pakulova.
