Speculators are specialized in manufacture of forged documents for the appropriation of real estate objects. Part of an organised group consisted of the Director and realtor one of the real estate agencies. «It is established, that in the city of Blagoveshchensk acted group of swindlers who were engaged in arranging fake documents for misappropriation of real estate objects municipal and private property», - said Vitaly Банин, the acting head of the interregional Department of the Moi of Russia in far East Federal district. On materials of the operatives of the far Eastern Central Directorate of the investigative Department of the МОМВД Russia «Annunciation» were instituted several criminal cases of Fraud committed in especially large size». In the course of investigative and operational activities, the police found and seized material evidence: laptops, which were made of forged documents, stamps, seals of various state bodies - they were used to seal fraudulent sales contracts, notarial power of attorney and other documents proving the guilt of the suspects. In disclosing the crimes committed by an organized group, substantial assistance was provided by staff members of the Department of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Amur region. At present, the investigation is completed, the criminal case was submitted for consideration to the Blagoveshchensk city court.
