As shown by the result, at the direction of the entrepreneur workers brigade within four months cut down the forest stands within the plot № 9 of the Dalnegorsk district forestry St. Olga branch КГКУ «Primorsk forestry». As reported by the RIA “VladNews” Elena Telegina, senior assistant Prosecutor of Primorsky Krai, the workers were introduced by the employer misled regarding the legality of logging. In result, it was illegally cut down for more than 3.2 thousand different trees than caused damage to the state in the amount of 20 million 374 thousand rubles. In the framework of a preliminary investigation by the Prosecutor of the city in order Art. 44 CCP of the Russian Federation declared a civil action for damages in the amount. 28 June 2013 criminal case was sent to court for consideration on the merits. Sanction\’clock 3 tbsp. 260 of the criminal code provides for penalties of imprisonment for a term of 6 years.
