28 June 2013 Prosecutor's office of the Primorsky territory was sentenced to a resident of Partyzanski district, which found guilty of committing crimes under'clock 2 tbsp. 145.1 of the criminal code (full non-payment of more than two months of salary). As reported by the RIA «VladNews» senior assistant Prosecutor of Primorsky Krai Elena Telegina, recognizing the defendant guilty of crimes against the constitutional rights, the court sentenced him to a fine in the amount of 150 thousand rubles. Wage arrears are repaid fully on the stage of preliminary investigation. This criminal case was initiated according to the materials of the Prosecutor's investigation, carried out under the supervision of the observance of the labour rights of employees.
