The results of the analysis showed that the farmer increases the yield by applying an insect - pest pesticide DDT. The content of the prohibited substance exceeded the norm by half.
DDT had been actively used in domestic agriculture, so the experts admit the presence of a chemical in the soil, but not more than 0.1 mg /kg.
