June 29 in a solemn atmosphere there were handed over certificates of the completion of the far East state humanitarian-technical College (ДВГГТК) graduates of the specialty «fire safety» of full-time and distance learning. According to the press service of the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia for the Primorsky Krai, more than 50 specialists from the ranks of the employees of the fire brigades of Primorye. Some of them will continue their education in higher educational institutions of Ministry of Russia. The event was attended by Director ДВГГТК Sergey Pikin, head of the Department of fire extinguishing and rescue work of Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia for the Primorsky Krai Colonel of internal service Igor Shvets. They wished successes in work of young specialists. According to Igor Shvets, the Primorsky territory are the great number of educational institutions, preparing specialists for the state fire service. ДВГГТК — one of the first opened a specialised Department. Over the past eight years of its walls there were produced more than 250 specialists. Almost all of them are working now on a speciality. Igor Shvets also noted that the specialists in the field of fire safety high demand in the Primorsky region and the far East in General. In Primorye, in particular, construction of new facilities, commissioned new fire stations.
